Pioneer Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 in Dongguan, China, with branch offices in the United States and Singapore. It was founded with the goal of providing advanced thermal engineering and design services to customers.
We specialize in the research, design, and manufacturing of high quality, high performance, but cost effective heatsinks & cooling plates.
As our company grew, we built a second15,000 square foot manufacturing facility in China & a third 22,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Vietnam in 2023.
As the one-stop thermal solution provider, we now have the process of extrusion, stamping, CNC machining (include 5 axis), cold forging, die casting, soldering, friction stir welding, vacuum brazing, tunnel brazing, performance & reliability testing etc.
