3. U-shape copper block: made by CNC machining
4. Heat pipe: made by heat pipe machine, then bend to designed shape
5. Assembly: aluminum fin, aluminum base, copper block and heat pipe assembled by soldering process
6. 100% on-line thermal test
7. Inspection, pack and ship.
