Embedded heat pipes can provide up to 20% improvement in thermal performance over typical aluminum or copper-based heat sinks, especially in applications such as electronics or computers where the heat source is small relative to the area of the fins.
This embedded heat sink is made by extrusion + embedded heat pipe + precision CNC machining + soldering process. Available with anodised, powder coated, anti-oxidation, E-coating etc.
