Heat pipe forming: automatic pipe bending
Aluminum fin and aluminum base nickel plated, copper heatpipe and copper base plate passivated (insulation, oxidation and corrosion resistance)
Assembly: aluminum fin, aluminum base, copper heat pipe and copper base plate assembled by soldering process through our reflow oven
Quality: 100% on-line thermal test, CMM, caliper.
