Bonded fin heat sink

Pin fin heat sink is generally made by copper or aluminum. It is produced by cold forging technology. So pin fin heatsink is also called cold forging heatsink. The price of cold forging die is not high, which can effectively control the cost. One-time molding, the heat dissipation performance is consistent with the heat dissipation performance of the material, and the later processing procedures are few and simple.
