Electronic Heat Sink Heat Transfer Mode

Date:2023-07-24

The heat sink is important in hot water or steam heating system, basic components. During the operation of electronic devices, a certain amount of heat is generated, but the heat dissipation cannotmeet the requirements of electronic device heat dissipation. Therefore, it is necessary to use the installed heat sinkfor heat dissipation. Generally The Heat sink dissipation efficiency of the radiator is low, and high temperature causes damage to electronic equipment, affecting its normal operation, making the use process unsafe and reducing the service life of electronic equipment.
                                                                                                                                                                   Pioneer Thermal heat sink

The Heat sink dissipation of an electronic radiator is heat transfer, and there are three main ways of heat transfer:
1. Heat conduction
Heat conduction refers to the transfer of heat from a high-temperature region to a low-temperature region through objects in direct contact. It is an effective method for heat dissipation from junction to shell andfrom shell to heat sink of power semiconductor devices.
2. Thermal convection
Thermal convection refers to the heat transfer mode in which the flowing fluid (gas or liquid) passes through the tropical zone. The "forced thermal convection" heat dissipation mode in which the Computer fan
drives the gas flow is more common in the heat dissipation system of the computer chassis.
3. Thermal radiation
Thermal radiation refers to the transfer of heat through radiation. When there is a temperature difference between a thermal conductor and adjacent objects or spaces, the thermal conductor emits heat in the form of radiation. This method of heat dissipation is called thermal radiation. These three heat dissipation methods are not isolated. In daily heat transfer, these three heat dissipation methods all occur simultaneously and work. together.
