5. The metal fasteners (pressure plates, glands, disc springs) of the flat heat sink and the conductive sheets of the water-cooling heat sink should be protected by coating;
6. Special fasteners and insulating parts for electronic heatsinks should comply with standards, and heatsinks insulating parts and fasteners for power semiconductor devices;
7. The surface of heatsinks (including heat sinks, fasteners and insulation parts) used for power semiconductor devices in humid tropical zones should be treated with protective treatment, and their resistance to moisture, salt spray and mold should comply with the corresponding standards for power semiconductor devices in tropical zones.
