We have 40 sets CNC machine, 6 sets stamping machine, 10 sets saw cut and cross cut machine, 3 soldering line, 8 assembly line, packing line, testing room, fixture and mold house, friction stir welding machine, simple surface treatment and relative reliability tests can also be done in our factory.

Pioneer Thermal is not only a heat sink manufacturer, but we can also design heat sinks based on customer’s input and budget so you can save your design cost and time. Till today, we have designed more than 2000 heat sinks and built prototypes, 50% of them go into mass production.

Quality Assurance

We understand the importance of quality, so from incoming material to finished parts, we have very strict quality procedures.

• For incoming material, we request the supplier to send the related documents and dimension report, our IQC will do the second inspection inhouse. Any non-conform material will be returned to the vendor.

• For every production, we will perform FAI to ensure the heatsink first article dimension is within specification, we will have IPQC to do the inspection every 2 hours.

• Before the parts are shipped, our OQC will do the final sampling inspection to guarantee our customer gets a good quality heat sink.

If any non-confirm heat sink is found at the customer's side, we will send replacement without any excuse, or credit note, depending on the customer.
