1. Selection of materials

2. Tube preparation

3. Wick insertion
The wick structure, which is responsible for transfer the heat from one end of the heat pipe to the other, is inserted into the tube. This may involve inserting a pre-formed wick or creating the wick structure inside the tube through processes such as sintering or grooving.
4.Sealing
Once the wick is in place, the tube is sealed to create a vacuum or a controlled atmosphere inside. This is typically done by welding.
5. Evacuation and filling
The sealed tube is then evacuated to remove any air or other gases, and a small amount of working fluid is introduced. The working fluid is chosen based on the specific application and operating temperature range of the heat pipe.
6. Testing
The completed heat pipe undergoes rigorous testing to ensure that it meets the required specifications. This may include pressure testing, leak testing, and thermal performance testing to verify its ability to transfer heat effectively.
7. Anti-oxidation surface treatment
Once the heat pipe heat sink has been tested and verified, anti-oxidation surface treatment will be applied to improve its performance and durability.
